CDXC Annual Dinner 2018

The CDXC 2018 Annual Dinner will be held again at the Calcot Hotel, Bath Road, Reading,  – and the priceis £30 per person. Dinner is 7pm for 7:30.

                

The venue is open for lunch bar snacks from 12.00 and there will be afternoon talks from 1 pm so why not come along for lunch or in the afternoon and start socialising early.

The Annual Dinner is one of the two social events in the CDXC calendar and certainly not to be missed. So, as they say, book early to avoid disappointment.

The cost of a ticket is £30 . It is preferred that UK members do not pay via PayPal. You may pay by making a direct bank transfer to CDXCs account using Sort Code 60 60 02 & account No 44532385. Please include your call sign as reference.

On receipt of your booking and payment details, your booking will be confirmed. Please note - if you have not booked electronically via the web site, you are not confirmed until you have received the confirmation.

Where exactly is the venue?

The Dinner will be held at The Calcot Hotel, 98 Bath Road, Reading, Berks. RG31 7QN.  The hotel is located approximately 1m from M4 Jct 12 towards Reading centre.     http://www.calcothotel.co.uk/

Can I stay overnight at Calcot Hotel?

Yes. Contact the hotel direct on 0118 914 5912 or reservations@calcothotel.co.uk  and mention CDXC. A “Google” search shows a similar price from most of the on-line booking agencies (but check to see if breakfast is included!0

Is there alternative overnight accommodation?

Yes, there are 3 Premier Inns and 3 Travel Lodges within 5 miles and  other accommodation in and around Reading itself.
